2016 is the Year of Smart Homes

The Parade of Homes showcases the most popular trends in new home construction and remodels, but you need to look beyond paint color and tile selection to see the biggest revolution in home building. In fact, 2016 is being called the Year of Smart Homes.

And adoption skyrocketing, with a BI Report estimating 67% growth over the next five years; a rate significantly faster than smartphone or tablet device growth!
